1. If the piece that's delivered isn't the right colour, size, or style you ordered, no sweat – we'll fix it or swap it out. (read more about this here)

2. If your new piece of furniture takes a beating on the way home to you, we'll fix it up or swap it for a beautiful new one.

3. If your furniture decides to move, crack or split, we're on it – fixing it up at no additional cost (shipping charges may apply)

   This is our No Nonsense Guarantee, standing strong as long as you've got your custom piece from us. Yeah, we're building incredible pieces of furniture, but we're a close-knit crew, kinda like your friendly local wood shop over some corporate giant. No fancy call centers or confusing policies here. The same person who helped you design and create your custom project is the one ready to talk if things aren't spot-on. Give us a text, or shoot an email to info@michaeldifazio.ca, and we'll sort it all out, easy-peasy.
